Dreamforce’22 [Day 2 recap]

Dreamforce22 is turning out to be a special experience, and CRMIT is loving it!
Day 2 was jam-packed with learning opportunities and fun activities. (streaming on Salesforce+).

Great news on Commerce Cloud innovations. Here are my favorite takeaways from the day!

Salesforce’s new Commerce Genie (a data unification service into Commerce Cloud) will help customers leverage real-time data to build commerce strategies.

Salesforce Payments to bring new payment methods to commerce cloud stores, including AfterPay and Venmo.

Marketing Cloud Genie will deliver real-time personalized moments, automation across channels, and enterprise analytics – all on one platform.

Thanks to Genie, Customer 360 is now the first real-time CRM, making every interaction across sales, marketing, service, commerce, and more feel like magic.

And what a night it has been with Ohana and the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers. Truly, one of the best aspects of Dreamforce is Dreamfest! also a fundraising activity for @UCSFChildrens.

We are all set to rock Day 3 of #DF22. Here are our main takeaways from Day 1 of Salesforce’s annual event.

What is Dreamforce?

Dreamforce started in 2003 and has since then grown into more than just a conference — A must-have experience !.  Dreamforce is an annual event that brings together the global Salesforce community for learning, fun, community building, and philanthropy. Trailblazers from all over the world gather to share their insights and successes and learn the latest in industry innovations.
